Delivery , Shipping and Refund Policy

Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and fulfill your orders.

We want to inform you that, at this point in time, we are exclusively offering delivery services and do not have a physical pick up point available.We understand the convenience of having a pick-up option, and we actively considering it for the future.

In the meantime, we remain committed to delivering our products directly to your doorstep.  If you have any specific requests contact  us and we will try our best to assist you. 

**Shipping Zones:** We currently offer shipping within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.   **Shipping Methods and Timelines:* We offer the following shipping methods: 1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.   Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.   **Shipping Fees:** Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value and  will be added at checkout on orders less than R1500.00 The shipping cost of R89.00 will be displayed during the checkout process.   **Order Processing:** Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.   **Tracking Your Order:** You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.    **Delivery Address:** Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.   **Delivery Attempts:** Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. In case of failed delivery attempts, you may be contacted to reschedule or provide additional delivery instructions. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.  

**Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items.
  • A new courier charge of R89.00 will apply for shipping the exchanged item.

 

  **Returns and Refunds:** To submit a return please email us at info@krazy-things.com.  We understand items may need to be returned for valid reasons. You can return your order to us within  days of purchase date if it is in its original condition and unused.  You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us. Refunds will be processed within a week once item has been returned to us with its original receipt.  

Refunds are processed on the product cost only and exclude shipping fees.

If your order qualified for free shipping and a refund is requested, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

     2. Handling Fee:

       A 5% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover processing costs

3. Non-Returnable Items:

      • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and opened personal care items cannot be returned.
      • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

         

4. Refund Process

        • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the 5% handling fee) to your bank account within 7 business days. Please provide us with the correct banking details.
